Going Green

Both DeSales Flats and DeSales Flats II are LEED certified, which means they were built with the environment in mind.  Our community was built to save water and energy while reducing carbon dioxide emissions.  This kind of certification is only granted under rigorous inspection.  We're proud to say that DeSales Flats was the first LEED certified community in Cincinnati!

To help you understand what a LEED certification is, we've put together a manual that goes over everything that was put in to making DeSales a green community as well as what you can do to live as a sustainable resident.  Click here to download your guide now!
